When Will My Order Ship?

Normally, your package will be reviewed and packed within 1-3 working days. In case of major festivals or irresistible factors, there will be corresponding delays.

If your package contains out-of-stock or pre-ordered products, we will contact you, please pay attention to our emails.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-21 business days.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

Notification will be sent to your email address after the shipping update. It might take a while because there will be a certain delay in the return of logistics information.

If you haven't received your notification email, please check if you have provided the right email address. Otherwise, please check your junkmail or other inbox.

Due to the existence of blocking rules in mailboxes, emails that have not been added to the whitelist or special domain name suffixes will easily be classified as spam or fail to be delivered.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 30 days from your order is delivered. We’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please DO NOT return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Our store reserves the right to deny any return request.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

There are missing item(s) in my package, what should i do?

If your package contains multiple products, we will split your order into multiple packages for better packing. When your package is sent out and the logistics information is updated, your mailbox will receive the logistics notification.



If you find that products are missing after you receive your package, please check first to see if your order has been split into multiple shipments.
